Pilates Essentials
Bandit partnered with Las Vegas-based brand Pilates Honey to elevate their brand identity, strategy and e-commerce experience to support their vision of becoming a leading global distributor of pilates accessories and apparel. The project began with a clear intention: to create an aesthetic and vibe reflective of the existing products and inspire obsession amongst the global pilates community.

Starting with strategy, we refined the brand’s positioning, defined a playful, confident tone of voice, and shaped a narrative that could grow alongside the business. Pilates Honey had already cultivated a loyal following, so our approach needed to honour what existing customers loved, while creating space for evolution. We focused on implementing a perfect balance between being fun and premium, to ensure brand longevity and a deep connection with the audience.
Through the brand identity, we introduced a custom-illustrated logo that personifies the fluidity of honey and the precision and control of pilates, paired with a sneaky PH brand mark that cleverly nods to the core product. The palette balances warm neutrals with pops of vibrant colour to mirror the brand’s mood: grounded but expressive. Typography and layouts are punchy yet soft, designed to move the eye with intention and ease.
Custom-built on Shopify, we extended the brand identity into a refined, intuitive e-commerce experience – one that balances play with a highly effective e-commerce framework. Each interaction feels fluid and confident, echoing the brand’s playful yet grounded personality. Packaging and merch were thoughtfully designed to bring the good vibes identity full circle. A subtle honeycomb-inspired pattern was introduced to build on the story, offering a tactile, memorable nod to the brand name and creating a sense of connection across every touchpoint.
