  • How can I kick off my project with you?

    Get in touch, we can’t wait to hear from you. Starting with a call, we’ll organise a proposal of work for you before we kick off.

  • When can you start?

    We run a tight ship in the studio and have limited spaces to take on projects quickly, first in best dressed is our policy. Get in touch to organise a quote and chat about our timelines.

  • How much are your services?

    We tailor our services to suit each and every client. Get in touch for a quote.

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    We take a 50% deposit on all projects, with the final 50% due at the halfway mark.

  • Does it matter if we don’t live in the same area or country?

    Nope! We work with clients all over the globe. We’re well equipped with the technology we need to stay in touch and communicate with you, wherever you are (as long as you have an internet connection, that is).

  • Who will be my contact during my project?

    Our legendary account manager, Amy, will be your go-to throughout your project. She’s an absolute wiz at timelines and will keep your questions answered and up to date throughout the whole process.

  • How many rounds of edits do I get?

    We are committed to delivering the end result you’re looking for, generally we include three rounds of edits unless agreed otherwise.

  • Can you help with SEO?

    We know a few tricks of the trade, however, we aren't SEO experts. If SEO is something you’re looking for we can help out our clients with a few recommendations on who to turn to.

  • Can you help with Social Media?

    We can help you with social media content and design, however, if you’re looking for social media management we aren’t your gals, unfortunately. We can help out with a few recommendations on who to turn to here.

  • Do you develop websites?

    We don’t develop websites inhouse at Bandit, however, we have a range of development partners to offer our website design clients, who we’ve tried and tested. At the start of the project, we’ll recommend who we think is best for the project and introduce you from there.

  • How long will my project take?

    All good things take time, we don’t like to rush the process to arrive at an amazing result. Each service and project is different. At the start of our project together we’ll let you know timeframes and you’ll be delivered a timeline that we will work towards.
